To license our BASIS-24® or BASIS-32® survey, subscribe to BASIS-24® WebScore, or receive any of our other services, the registration process begins here.
Before starting the preregistration process, you will need to know which products and services you want to receive. Please review the Cost and Licensing section. Also, please be ready to provide basic information about your organization and each of its locations. This includes contact information, basic demographic information, annual number of inpatient and residential admissions, annual number of ambulatory and partial care visits, number of inpatient and residential beds, and number of geographic locations.
